a few rules we stick to:
- after sending an inquiry, we will reply within 8-24 hours, in the return message you will receive possible options for the day you are asking about
- the earlier you submit an inquiry, the more options we will have for you
- after agreeing on the details of the trip, you pay for it
- an unpaid reservation is not valid
- we do not go with clients to the museum without having admission tickets for them
- by booking with us here, you will never be invited to the queue for tickets upon arrival at the museum, we avoid this
- by booking with us here, you can be sure that you will visit the museum with a guide in the language you have previously chosen, we do not go for "free admission tickets"
